AutoACQ is part of Kronemedia. For questions about your personal information, contact hello@autoacq.eu.
What we collect
The form stores your name, work email, company, market of interest and any optional message you provide, together with a submission timestamp. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help and discuss a possible engagement. This processing supports steps you request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored through Lovable Cloud. They are not publicly readable. Access is limited to handling enquiries and operating the website; hosting and infrastructure providers process data for those purposes. We do not sell contact enquiry information.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only as necessary to handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability may apply where processing is based on a contract. Email hello@autoacq.eu to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
